You may wish to rent Wisteria by the hour. If so, you will be able to use the entire space, including the outside.

Bridal and Baby Showers
 
This is a special party that you will want to be customized to the bride or new mom. We can work with you and will quote you a fee that will be based on number of guests, desired decor and theme. 
 
Full Service Parties
 
Full Service parties give you the advantage of hosting a party with all the decorating done for you. We provide the space, linens, decorations, as well as set up and clean up.
Complimentary coffee, tea, and lemonade are also included. You may bring in your own food or use our top caterer. These parties are 4-hours.
 
The fee is $1290*

Full buffets can be added for $14 per person and we have several menus choices under the "Menus" tab.

If alcohol is served we require a drink server and security officer for $200.
